The course presents a detailed technical introduction to the different blade servers.

In addition, through lecture as well as remote lab exercises the course discusses in detail Ethernet and storage solutions that are available. The course also discusses various management options for the BladeCenter using IBM Director. Capabilities and features of the IBM Director are explained, as well as management and configuration capabilities.
